About Copper Moose Farm – Park City, Utah

We are proud to provide our community with the  best organically/biodynamically grown vegetables and cut flowers. We are committed to the re-connection of people with the food that can be grown in the Park City area.

We are currently growing on about 3 acres. During the summer months we grow arugula, asparagus, beets, beet greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, Chinese cabbage, celery, collards, chard, edible flowers, fennel, garlic, garlic scapes, head lettuce, herbs, kale, kolrabi, lavender, leeks, mizuna, mustard greens, micro greens, onions, peas, parsnips, potatoes, pumpkins, radish, rhubarb, salad mix, spinach, scallions, summer squash, stir fry greens, tat soi, turnips, winter squash, and cut flowers in our outside growing beds. Meanwhile, the greenhouses produces heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, beans and some flowers. During the winter months, all of our growing moves inside our 2400 sq ft passive solar greenhouse and additional hoophouses.

We use crop rotation, cover crops, compost, compost tea, organic soil amendments and Biodynamic methods and preparations to ensure that our land is, and will remain, the most fertile and productive for generations to come.
We support healthy populations of microorganisms, insects, birds, and animals that maintain a balanced ecosystem on our farm. At Copper Moose Farm we believe it starts and ends with the soil, so we pay the utmost care and attention to the life and health of our soil.

Our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) encourages locals to explore the food that can be grown in the area, and passive season extending practices that bring us treats such as tomatoes and cucumbers.

Our Farm Stand, located at 1285 Old Ranch Rd, provides the greater Park City community with our produce and cut flowers during the summer months.

We also provide vegetables to restaurants in the Park City area.
