Up potting the first sowing of tomatoes and peppers. What a lovely way to spend this snowy day!
3/21/14 Happy Spring!
The tomato, pepper, and basil seeds that were started 2 weeks ago are up and looking good! At night they get tented on the little scaffold they are on, with heaters underneath to keep them toasty.

Just finished sowing salad greens, arugula and spinach in the small hoop house. We've had some trouble with the heating in that one this year. Early December the whole thing froze. I'll be looking forward to some nice greens coming out of their beginning of March. The CSA is filling up fast! If
