Executive Chef and owner at Twisted Fern
Jordan was born in Michigan and raised in Clearwater Florida. After moving to Denver, CO to study culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University Jordan moved to Vail, CO to work at the award-winning Sweet Basil. After moving on from the Colorado Rockies Jordan found himself cooking in a variety of kitchens from NYC to Charleston, SC to Portland, OR before settling in Park City, UT. Since coming to Utah Jordan has worked with Montage Deer Valley, Sundance Resort and as Executive Chef at Zoom Roadhouse Grill. Jordan puts a focus on community participation by working with local nonprofit organizations and artisan food purveyors to understand and reflect what it means to be part of our hometown. Jordan lives in a cabin in the woods with his girlfriend Jessie and their two dogs Duke and Layla.
